At VCM, we aim to Empower Dreams and Inspire Success through the Leg-Up Scholarship. We believe that sometimes individuals need a Leg-Up to help them move to the next level of their lives. The purpose of the Leg-up Scholarship is to harness and nourish the capabilities that lie within talented adults experiencing financial barriers to education and skills development. Our success is defined by creating an environment and providing the resources for the next generation of high-potential leaders to influence accelerated social and economic change at all levels collectively.

 The Leg-Up Scholarships are awarded to individuals ages 19 and older, including working or non-working adults seeking to improve the quality of their lives through skills development and education. This scholarship is for individuals seeking to attend adult vocational or career schools.
